I have a 2010 Nitro Z9 with a Mercury Pro XS. The prop is a Tempest Plus. I spun a prop last Sunday morning during a tournament. Went to Bass pro and picked up a hub kit. I have two problems. 1) I am having trouble getting the original Hub out of the prop. 2). Can't get the washer off the shaft. Any help you can offer would be very much appreciated!

Leave the washer alone. Just put the new sleeve in the prop and put it back on.

The washer has some really deep grooves in it so it needs replaced.

Got it off with the screw drivers, it was very easy. Props on and torqued and ready to hit the water. Thanks so much for the help!
