It's time again to ask for drivers to step up and help with some handicapped kids for a day on the lake.it will take place on OCT.13TH at Bass Pro on Ray Hubbard, the time is 12 noon till about dark .with prizes given to a lucky couple of the drivers. One is fishing on Jimmy Houston's private lake.
Any kind of boat is good ,bigger the better though.kids will be helped by family or friend on the boat.
Any kind of fishing is good to do,what ever you think you can do with the kids.
You are welcome to give me a call if you have any questions about the day.
THANKS A LOT!!!

Me and my wife would like to help. I have a 22' center console with plenty of room. The problem is I've fished Hubbard once and that was from a collapsed bridge about 20 years ago. smile So if I can follow somebody around to the sandbass/hybrid spots or if some of you Hubbard guys can point me in the right direction we are in. I'd hate to take a kid out all afternoon and get skunked.

Let me talk to my other collegiate teammates. If we're all free we could take a few kids out. If not, we could very least help with fishing from the docks. let me know

Hey Guys,

This is such a great tournament! It's more a day of fun than a tournament. We had a blast last year. Josiah took home first place and an $800 kayak from BPS. His dad was more ecstatic than he was.

You will meet some great folks and will likely give a kid an experience he will never forget.

Thanks to Doug for handling this aspect of the tourney.

Try reeling in a 15 pounder with only one leg. Josiah made it look easy!

You guys have fun. I'm off to an Aggie game that weekend but look forward to seeing some pictures of the smiling kiddos.

Tight lines,

Jackson

I'd like to know more about this.
I should be able to join in with my pontoon.
Never fished that lake either but sounds like wonderful reason to come to Ray Hubbard!
I mainly catfish but I do lurk over here now and then.
