Yes I can help man the booth.....Just need to know what time and how long the event is expected to last.

a one page flyer would be cool.
actually half page would work. My color laser printer stripes down the middle... i could print them if needed.

imagine, 1 page flyer cut longwise. i can go buy some heavy card stock type paper and print.

maybe an officer can paginate something real quick or at least provide a rough draft and i can design in Publisher.
need something ASAP.

the handout i have is the white bass identification chart from tp&w.
i printed address labels with our address and logo to attach to that flyer. we can even 'sticker' the kids.

or we could just go with what i have so far and work on more prof flyer down the road.
with everyone getting together, a lot of design ideas can float around.

we NEED to have something that might attract the kids. that will pull the parents over.

we had an offer for an ice chest with fish. this would be great for the kids. they like to poke the eyeballs. LOL

How about some very famous curl tail grubs to hand out? Just le me know and I will put some packs together

Here is all the info for the National Night Out, this Saturday beginning at 11:00 AM at Lake Side Village, located behind Harbor Bay Marina (4100 Village Drive). PLEASE come and support this event, it is our first event out in the public and it gives us an opportunity to work on how to build a good booth. Even though it sounds a bit skinny, it will be a start.

Booth Set Up, Yaff I have you down bringing a pop up cover, so can you do from 10:00 to Noon. We will need a little prep time setting up the booth. Jimmy Boy will be working the booth from 11 - 1:00. Frank will also be there during that time. Since we won't have shirts or hats yet,I don't think we need a back drop. I will have table and a couple of chairs.

Terry, I will type up the flyer today and send it to the officers for approval. Its basically will state RHSA's history, its goals and function, and some facts about hybrids.
