 My buddy has killed 3 Copper heads this size at a farm he just bought.

His 5 year old daughter was bit by one. She is fine now but spent 3 days in children's hospital in Dallas. That blade is 18 inches.

Yea. My buddies daughter went to grab a ball under a bush and it got her on the hand. Almost lost a few fingures. Doctors in Tyler thought that she would loose them forsure so the care flighted her to Children's in Dallas where she spent 3 days. Made a full recovery. Fingures work fine. God healed that little girl. Her hand was black colored at one time. Scarey stuff.

Sounds like he should name his driveway "copperhead road"
We have the same problem on our property. Last year we killed 12 or 13 of those little suckers plus 5 velvet tail rattlers
