Are you interested in possibly serving as a judge for the Toyota Texas Bass Classic? If so, please read carefully. I am responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the 55 judges for the TTBC. Each year I develop this list primarily from past years judges, but also have some new positions open up each year. Inevitably I have judges who have to back out at the last minute due to illness, work, or family emergency. This year I have had to work through my entire list and am now without any back ups. I am looking for 5-10 individuals who I could pick up the phone and call up until Wednesday Sept 26th and could serve in this role

The role of a TTBC Judge is to measure, weigh, record, and report the anglers catch. This role IS NOT a simple marshal position, but rather you will be a true tournament official who is the eyes and ears of the tournament director. You must be willing to report any rule infraction or provide an impartial report should there be a protest. You will need to be prepared to spend 2 days on the water with your pro anglers under possible extreme tournament conditions. The tournament will be held regardless of weather conditions. Pro anglers run their boats hard, and you must be in good physical condition to handle high speed boat operation in possible choppy conditions. You must be 18 years of age or older. You must be comfortable with using a smart phone device for reporting your anglers catch via a phone application. Your angler will not be able to take you to shore unless there is an emergency, so a little strategy is involved with using the restroom, particularly dealing with Conroes developed shoreline areas and spectator boats.

You would be required to attend the mandatory judges training Thursday September 27th from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
You must be able to judge Friday September 28th and Saturday September 29th.

Read instructions closely!

Thanks a bunch! Hope to see many TFFers out there!

You mean you were a judge for those four, not fished with, right?
