 2000 Yamaha C115TLRY problem, Need help!

Bullet proof since new, Yamalube and ring free since new. Always had semi fresh gas. Has been tough to start latley, rough idle and missing at low rpm. Changed plugs and checked fuel filter this week end. Still rough running at low rpm, very smooth at WOT but I noticed a drop of about 500 rpms at WOT. My biggest concern is that under a load when loading on the trailer, it just boggs down. 02 sensor? or does this motor have one? Any help appreciated.
