It's tough to compete in a live weigh in style tourney in a kayak. You might be able to rig something up that could work but man talk about going from hero to zero... Could you imagine catching a 10, putting it in a majeshift live well, paddling to weigh in and then getting there only to see that it died? That would suck...
Course you might a been talking about kayakers fishing from a boat...

They probably won't yaks in the tourney. About twelve years ago I fished from a tube at least 5 days a week and I could bass fish. I tried to fish various tourneys and none of them would let me enter. Motor boats only, usually.

It didn't say what kind of boat you had to fish from and for weigh-in you had to get the fish checked in as a sharelunker fish. I guess the issue would be how long of a wait would you have for the fish to get picked up
