 Were do I go to check how much water is being let out of lakes each day?

Wondering were to go to find out how much water is being let out of area lakes each day? What is considered average, and what is considered alot? I have heard that this has a tendancy to effect the fishing?

So whith this front coming in next Thursday afternoon, fishing should be good on Wednesday correct? As long as they are not letting alot of water outta Hubbard.
