headed up at the end of the month to do some fishing for the BFL super tournament. Im not asking for any advice other than how the lake has been fishing? Has the lake turned over yet? Ive never been there but i hear its a pretty tough lake to run. I also hear the lake fishes really small. Also where is a good place to stay close to lakesde park? Thanks

Corp has been dropping water out of it like an old bath tub! Boat lanes above Oak Valley are down right dangerous. Lake started turning couple weeks ago , didn't look to bad today. Water temp in low to mid 80's ...fishing is good shallow just be careful

When is the BFL super tournament? Saturday I was idling in front of the intake there at Oak Valley and hit a stump. I caught 1 keeper so I can't give you much of a report.

When is the BFL super tournament? Saturday I was idling in front of the intake there at Oak Valley and hit a stump. I caught 1 keeper so I can't give you much of a report. There are stumps in the boat lane from the intake to the Oak Valley ramp that come into play when it gets low, and they are some tanks.

The BFL is Sept.29 and 30 I think.
