Texas A&M Summary

Of course this comes from the same bunch that can't hold second half lead and calculated the correct number of grass carp the first time they obliterated the grass.

What does holding a second half lead have to do with lake levels? And ultimately, its TPWD biologists who make that call, not a university. Dont hate. Thats like saying everyone at Penn St. is a pedophile. Gig em

I seen the name Dana Richardson on the story......It's all home-owner, developers point of view. Always in it for HIS pocket ...

Sucks for conroe, in my opinion one of the best early spring lakes out there when it had grass. The jan-mar tournaments had some serious weights brought in.

Lake Houston water level has really started dropping in the last month. I think it's time to go ahead and start sending some of the Conroe water downstream just to remind the Conroe homeowners that they don't own the lake.

They're still there Jaret. In the last 15 years of our spring big bass event it's taken a 9-13lb fish to win. Multiple 9's and 10's every year. The lake has been through a lot but it's pretty resilient.

true but nothing like it was just a few years ago. i liked coming down there for the spring bassnbucks tournaments when there was grass all over lewis and up north. it was a great way to start the year when most lakes were still in a winter pattern. you could sight fish from jan thru may, crazy
