If there is anyone who attends Stephen F. Austin University or is in highschool and looking to fish in college then shoot me an email and I will tell you about our Bass Team. We fish American Bass Anglers tournaments through a scholarship program where we fish withough an entry fee for and fish for college tuition. We also have our club tournaments on days we are not fishing ABA tournaments. Please send me and email if you are intersted @ csob3@yahoo.com

Man where was this at 7-8 years ago. I don't recall any Bass Team while I was going to school there. Good luck. Coach

Fish for tuition?? Ahh, the college life... I would have been a career student if I had been offered that chance.

Do they offer a Masters, then doctorate program? if so I might become a lifer.... And just think that as much fishing as I did at TVCC in Athens, I could have had a 4.0 if basketball and real classes would not have gotten in the way. (Did a whole lot of fence jumping back then) JR

This is what csob3 is referring to http://www.americanbassanglers.com/cast.php. Any College students can start a club on their campus and then enroll in the American Bass Anglers C.A.S.T. Program.
