Paulette and I mad a little luncheon trip to Chick-fil-a the other day for some take out sandwiches. They included 2 tubs of mustard as well as the same amount of ranch dressing. We used the ranch on our sandwiches and saved the mustard. Last night I made Trout a la Meuniere with some frozen trout fillets from a fishing trip last week. I coated the fillets with some of the mustard before putting them in the hot butter. They were delicious with a hint of the mustard coming through the meuniere sauce, and topped with cilantro. Where can you buy that stuff?

Making it yourself might be your only option. Most restaurants are pretty secretive about their recipes.
I do agree though, it's the best!
