Just wondering if anyone thinks I would be too early to start back in the creeks? I have done well during October on Livingston, but I have never went this early. Some of the spots are around the 10-15 foot mark so I think it would be deep enough. I am ready for fall to hit and start feeling those thumps.

If you have any reports please let me know.

Well I think I am gonna give Somerville a shot and see if we can bring some crappie in. Sounds like no one is fishing Livingston yet.

Hit the tires at Big Creek Marina if you want to catch some Crappie at Somerville.

Well after the windy weather report we decided to stay at Lake Livingston. We were on the water by 730, but did not start getting any bites until 1000. Caught in 9-11 fot. We ran out of minnows and I managed to catch my first few crappie on jigs. Cannot wait to get back out on the water with my dad.
