When mixing the premix and the eggs, how do you guys do it without getting the mix stuck to your fingers as it turns to a doughy workable consistency? I'm not big on dough making skills. I use a kitchen aid mixer

Just used a liquid measuring cup I did 8oz of semolina 4oz of corn meal 4oz of flour 1oz of salt 1oz of powdered sugar 3packets of coolaid Hawaiian punch
I used 5 large AA EGGS.
the consistency was a little wet and sticky so I just kept adding flour as I needed it. Careful not to dry it out too much though. I added a little water after it dried out a little to get a good rolling consistency.
This is all trial and error and after water testing a couple they held up awesome. This is my 3rd batch using these guidelines.
I thank God for each day!

One ounce is 2 tablespoons. From there, you can just say that 1 cup would be equivalent to 16 tablespoons aka 32 ounces. It can vary a bit from region to region but that's the U.S. conversion rates.

Put all the dry ingredients in a gallon freezer bag then air the big up and seal it. Giver it a good shake to mix it all up. If you use dry flavor add it to the base mix. If you use liquid flavor add it to the eggs. Same with coloring.
I thank God for each day!

I look at the ratios in recipes and adjust the number of eggs to the size of the batch.

My measurements made about 200 boilies. I also sped up the dry tlime by putting them in the oven on 100 degrees for about 10 minutes. Came outility nicely and passed a good soak test in water. I wanted to see what it would do and it didn't dry them out too bad. Smell awesome too!
I thank God for each day!

All it is is making a fair size dough ball. You can make it as complicated as you want but what's the fun in that!?!?!?

Egg-less is the way to go! Elaborate the recipe please! I'd like to expand Egg replacers work well, there's a myriad of products in grocery stores you can use to accomplish this. generally I'll roll 25-50lbs of boilies when I roll and even with preservative egg rots the mix. You can supplement proteins elsewhere without using actual egg. If you're intending to just make hookbaits the egg may be worth it; however I don't have the means to refrigerate 40+ pounds of boilies.
