When people book trips,I like to drop them off at Big Daddy's for some GOOD FOOD and cold drinks while I get the fish cleaned and bagged up for the way home. This place has some of the best burgers around. Go in a give it a try. For those who don't know where it's at, its in Scott's Landing. They also cook a mean steak (and much much more)on Friday and Saturday nights.

I think I might have to hit the Vine on Sunday. It's been almost a year since I fished Grapevine and with a lot of luck...I might be able to find a few. Of course I guess I have to get a pass from Benny to fish that lake now..........
And by the way Benny, Max is getting freaking BIG. Over 25 pounds now and not even three months old, and not an ounce of fat.

I'm headed out there tomorrow morning. Any suggestions on what time to fish them? I read a few weeks ago they are ramping up at noon or so. We plan to get there early in the morning and fish as long as we can handle the nice weather.
