Has anyone fished Bluebonnet lake in Grand praire tx right off I 30 i work near there and have always wondered if there are bass in there Ive google it and cant find any good info../

I'll 2nd this. Would love to know. Looks like a cool spot to take a Kayak and explore. Drove by last night about 7:30 and saw lots of fish rising.

I didn't know it had a name to it. I thought it was another private gravel pit.

I believe we a referring to the series of interconnected ponds just north of I-30 & MacArthur and SE of Lone Star Park.

I fished em years back and there are deff bass in there. right now a kayak would be the best way to get way back in there for the best fishing..

My grandpa has fished there for over 60 years. He says he has caught every kind of fish you can think of in there. The problem is that they are contaminated. When the river floods the water gets in them.... that is also why there are so many fish in them. My uncle went out there with worms and caught carp and buffalo with a cane pole on a daily basis before he passed.
