That looks exactly like a Dwain Batey pattern, Bait Werks.

I have several 6th sense spoons that are very similar but agree that this is a Bait Werks spoon.

it is Casey at 6th sense. he was doing custom paint jobs on ebay, but im not sure if he still is since his biz took off.
