We have been so fortunate to be on fish most of the summer. Today was no difference. Actually the last two days we have put more fish in the boat at a faster pace than ever before. Yesterdays trip had 50 channel cat in an hour and today we put 150 fish in the boat in 3 hours. We are catching very few under sized fish right now and the action has just been awesome!  Fish are moving around some right now and we have been able to constantly catch fish in shallow water, less than 3ft. Keep looking till you find what you are looking for and let it roll. yesterdays trip:  today's trip: these guys drove up from belton and brought onion, yellow corn meal, the fish cooker and propane...they forgot one thing.....the fish. No problem! They left w/ a hefty load of fat channel cat for the fish fry back at Shoestring farm this afternoon. Congrats guys, excellent job today!   6 guys throwing corks is always fun...this is why my boat is 24ft!  lol
