 Windcrest lakes ?

Can anyone tell me where are the windcrest lakes & how do I get to them...I live on Kittyhawk.

Google map Windcrest Baptist Church, ponds are behind it.
The smaller pond is uber active, but size is down a bit. Mostly 4-6 inchers. Need to throw in a bunch of big bass and catfish to get them gills bigger. Everything is stunted.

Thanks drouter...I have lived here in UC for years, but never learned where the Windcrest ponds were.
