I'm new to the kayak seen, going to the coast for the first time and was wondering if you guys rinse off your paddles after each outing or wait till your done after a few days? Thanks

I rinse off my tackle. Especially reels. Everyday. Unless your paddle shaft is aluminum, there is nothing on your paddle to corrode in any way.

I clean and rinse my stuff after I return from the coast.

Make sure to separate your paddle after each day on the water. Sand can get in between the two pieces and act as glue making it extremely difficult to pull them apart.

...or impossible to pull them apart. DEFINITELY keep the sand out of the paddle ferrule.

always rinse. each day or twice a day if it's hot out.
