Go give it a try and report back. That way we'll all know.

Go to Lavon instead and fish brushpiles or trees in 12'-14' if you can't find the brush.

The new bridge is Pres. George Bush Turnpike aka 190. The I-30 bridge is next to Bass Pro. I tried the new bridge back early in the summer, not a nibble. Had fair-good luck under 30 bridge this summer. Haven't seen many boats under the new bridge. But who knows, it may be loaded now. Also try all the timber in at least 13 FOW in front of Paul Jones ramp. Some trees will have 1-2 fish, some none. Let us know how you do! thumb

The new bridge hasn't fished well. A few to be caught, but not worth the effort right now. I've been fishing north of I-30, and picking stumps and trees in 10 - 12 feet. Minnow jig with chartreuse crappie candy has been working well. Keep moving if you're not catching. Once you find them in an area you'll catch a bunch.

Good luck!!!
