Catfish, Crappie, Bream, Hybrids, Stripers, Whites, Yellow Bass +1... and add Walleye, Yellow Perch and Northern Pike to my list.  ... I love visting family in the Dakotas.  My Dad loves to crappie fish and is just recently catching the bass bug... So I try to get that in there as much as possible while possible. He's always beside me in the Dakotas blizzarding or not... fishing the same water he grew up on. I definitely get my outdoor ambition from that man.

Crappie fishing in the early spring from the boat slips is pretty fun and easy.I see a lot of my buddies bass fishing the slips and just wave unashamed!!

Catfish and half the time my bass fishn buddies wanna go to. The catfish have been on fire @ Fork.

If we are going to have a fish fry we'll go after whites or sac-au-lait, but only then.
Mostly I just chunk whatever occasional whites or hybrids in the livewell i accidentally catch for time to time if i want a fish for myself, but the only time i ever intentionally target anything besides black bass it's for a big fry.
I do want to go peacock bass fishing someday however, that's the only one i can think of i would fish for that wasn't for a meal besides bb

Crappie. Went down to Caddo Saturday to see the old man. We fished for about 2 hrs and had 12 crappie a catfish and a bass. It was a blast!

Whites about 5 times a year. Other than that I don't fish for anything else in freshwater. I spend all rest my time in the salt.
I can backlash toilet paper.

Fly fish, trout, bream, this year catfish flopping grasshoppers on a 5 weight flyrod. It is a blast.
Retirement best job ever.
