Hey there folks! Its been a very busy week and I've neglected reporting the for past few days so here we go:

Tuesday 8/21:
Started off fishing shallow flats and waited for the schooling action to start. It was drizzling and misting most of the morning so once the fish got enough sun light on em to set em off...BAM! I think we caught around a hundred or so with TONS of 15-17" hybrids mixed in. You get a couple of them brutes on your line and its a mean fight cheers

Wednesday 8/22:
Started off in the same area as Tuesday and ended up wasting about an hour catching only a few here and there. Sun was high, the wind was light, the water temp had dropped 6 degrees, they were letting water out of the dam and the fishing got really tough. We toughed it out and came back in with a respectable amount of fish but we had to WORK to get em.

Thursday 8/23
Started off with Mr. Gordon and his son and really lucked into a massive group of fish. We decided to go look around for some new areas and it paid off in a big way. Fish were right up against the shore in 6ft of water around some reeds and they were HUNGRY! Although they SHOULD HAVE BEEN because I don't think a single one of them ate the day before laugh We had limits in the boat by 8am and spent the rest of the day trying different techniques so Mr. Gordon could see how they work. Trolled a hell pet, jigged slabs, casted slabs, dropped dynamite...everything seemed to work.

Fish have been holding consistently in 15ft or less on the sides of humps....really not that tough if you have decent electronics and know how to read em. And like I posted a few months ago, I guarantee everybody is fishing too fast. slow...slow...SLOW is the ticket for us lately. Ive been reacquainted with the Fiesta Slabs from Moe's and I'm glad we did thumb Give him a shout and pick u up some and get after it.

I have Tuesday and Wednesday open next week if anybody wants to give it a shot.

on a side note, I just finished up putting together a super sweet predator AR-15. Headed to the woods next weekend to put a whooping on some birds and porkers cheers

get ready pigs!!!!!

Probably going to start doing some guided predator and pig hunts early next year. Anybody interested?

i thinking a 5 gallon bucket of tannerite, a bag of corn and a 50cal could do some damage to a few porkers
