Im in.... maybe someone can show me how to catch a fish!

If people ar unable to make this due to various reason how would they donate and who should they contact?

Come on out to the GTG. It will be a blast! Look for the open invites before the weekends and join one. They are open to anybody and the more the better. I also don't know anybody in this section of the forum that would not bend over backwards to teach you how to catch fish.

RISE Adventures info, post up in THAT thread if you plan to attend. 1/2 entry fee will be limited to the first 15 volunteers that show up at the RISE event.

I understand some folks have asked about making donations but are unable to attend the event. Yes, you can directly donate at www.heroesonthewater.org BUT if you are donating because you're hearing of this event WE WANT YOUR DONATIONS COUNTED TOWARDS THIS EVENT. Discretion is no issue & you're money does not have to pass through any hands that you're not comfortable with. Feel free to contact me via PM or via phone 817.410.1564 direct so that it can at least be added to the total collected on behalf of the North Texas Kayakers. Last year this event raised over $800, a respectable total, but let's blow it away this year.
