in Galveston there are several... but I'd contact GNETTFishing.com ...talk to Joey Barnett.
Others are brent Juarez... but he catches them in the Bay on Arties.

I fish bull reds late sept.-mid oct. out of POC good thing about POC is we can also catch a limit of slot reds on most trips.Also do sharks and tarpon and anything up to 60 miles offshore.
