All BLT 2011 Fall and 2012 Spring Division anglers who finished in the top 50% in ytd weight rankings in their Divisions and or who entered 4 of 5 tournaments in their Divisions, qualify to enter all 4 Regional 2012 Championships.

The anglers who enter at least two Championships and or finish in the top 50% of a Championship tournament will qualify to enter the Grand Championship on Lake Texoma.

Late entry will be at the West Tawakoni City Park beginning at 5am Sunday September 9. Early entries may be completed on the BLT website www.budlighttrail.com with a credit card or by mailing an entry form in by Monday before the tournament.

Regional Championships

*September 9 / Tawakoni
*September 15 & 16 / Sam Rayburn
*September 30 / Amistad
*October 28 / Ray Roberts

Grand Championship

*November 10 & 11 / Texoma

What are the off limit rules for the championships?

How about a qualifiers list? We need to start making reservations for the ones we are going to fish.

I am working on the qualifier lists. I hope to have them done in the next day or two.

The top 50% of each division qualifed (50 total teams, 25 qualify; 51 total teams, 26 qualify, and so on).

Anyone that fished at least 4 of 5 tournaments in a division qualified.

Anyone that fished 6 tournaments in the PICK 6 division qualified.

Those that qualifed can fish ALL FOUR of the Region Championships.

An e-newsletter will be sent out when the qualifier lists have been posted.

The reason I am asking is because the Abilene division nevr showed final standings after the last tournament so if you are close to the middle like us you don't know.

Off limits for fishing is from midnight before the tournament date, till the start time of the tournament. However, you may launch your boat at anytime to go to your fishing spot.
