What are the best utility boxes to store hard baits and even soft plastics? Should soft plastics be kept in these containers? What are some good ways to keep these boxes organized in your boat?

I like to keep my plastics in their original bags and group them into Falcon Speedbags. As for the best plastic box for your hard baits would the ones that are properly marked! I mark all sides of my containers with a label maker. You really can't beat Plano boxes for durability. The rest just seem like junk and wait for a hinge to break.

Plano boxes are great and they have nice crankbait specific boxes.

Plano speed bags for plastics then crank caddy boxes for hard baits the smaller crank size holds about 42 cranks cut the amount of boxes I carry in half. They are a bit pricey but cut down time your search for the right box when they are all in front of you. For jerk baits I use shimano blue boxes but I believe they are discontinued, they hold 18 jerkbaits each.
