I've had some luck bank fishing with this: http://www.amazon.com/Rat-L-Trap-Lures-O...ords=rat+l+trapit's a 1/4 oz mini rat-l-trap in "lectric blue" which is a blue top that fades down into glossy silver sides. What are some of your favorites?

New here..but my best baits by far have been small 4-6" straight tailed worms, usualy zoom trick worms and small crawfish pattern crankbaits, most notably for me those of the bomber series(5A and 6A).

Depends on what I'm fishing for. For bass Watermelon red 3"-5" grub on a jighead. For panfish a Southern Pro Hot Grub or Triple Tip on a jighead. Rapala Floating Minnows F03-F09 are great too.

When bank fishing I use a Lft hyper stick t- rigged weightless !!!! Or a 1/4oz red eye shad . Red in fall and early winter for lipless. As for the hyperstick choose what color fits the water color clear bright colors, stained water Dark.

I'll have to agree with Denton Pond Jumper...I've had most of my success this summer on spinnerbaits. Prior to this year, I have to admit I had never caught bass on a spinnerbait, mostly due to lack of confidence in them. But now I always have one tied on. Also doing well on Zoom Ultravibe craws in Green Pumpkin, GrandeBass Baby Rattlesnakes in Watermelon Chartreuse Pepper, and fluke-style baits.
