going to cook some up tonight for the first time...meat seems to be much different than most fish...anyone have a good recipe or suggestions....bake,fry,grill it??

grill is best. You can use your favorite fish seasoning, Old bay or any Cajun style. I prefer a good Cajun seasoning, then brush with a garlic, butter while it's cooking. Yum

First of all with ANY shark I Highly recommend letting it soak in milk for atleast an hour, I usually let it soak for a day myself. Personally I like to fry it. Hope you bled it after you caught it!

Marinate in Italian dressing for a few hours. Charcoal grill with hickory chunks.

It's been a long time since I have had shark, but if I remember correctly, it kinda had the texture of a steak after grilling..had to cut it with a knife if I remember correctly.

Marinate for a day in a ziploc bag with Wishbone Italian dressing, garlic salt, and worchestor sauce. Then grill on medium. Yummmmmmmmmm
