I've done 9 trips down the lower this year and fished it heavily. I know that if you stop in at any of the stores north of town (they all sell fishing licenses) there are normally guide service cards there. Are you ok as far as access, shuttle, and knowing what the water level looks like? The Eagletown, OK gauge is at the re-reg dam on the lower side of the lake.. this is the only gauge I could find on the upper side but it looks to be VERY far north. http://waterdata.usgs.gov/ok/nwis/uv?site_no=07338750
