Went out to Fork this weekend with my Dad and fished from sunup until 4pm and boated 6 fish. Threw everything in the box at them. Fished mostly main lake points and the 515 bridges. Caught 5 dinks on 1/4oz Rat-l-Traps and this fat belly 4lber off the west side of the 515 bridge on a Chartruese and Black 6XD. Didn't get a bite until 11 in the morning.

It wasn't that bad actually. It was in the 60s in the morning and only got up to around 95. Much better than 105.

They are smart here! Had schooling fish turn down nearly everything I threw last time I went out. They have seen a lot of baits. Don't get discouraged... There a better times of the year.

Not discouraged. Fork is a lot more fun in March or October.

Just got back from 3 days on Fork. We had a guide the second day and let me tell ya it is tough! We did manage a nice 7.6 lber that we lucked into on our own off a bridge pillar that my son caught and a couple of other nice fish we caught with our guide. Our guide said it was the toughest day he has seen this year.
