Hey guys. A buddy told me about TFF a few weeks ago so I figured Id stop by and see what y'all have going on. I made a few comments but I hadn't gotten around to introductions, so here ya go.
I fish lewisville lake and ponds in the area pretty regularly when im in town. I used to fish Ray Roberts, Purtis Creek, Lake Murray quite a bit. I don't have a boat so I usually bank fish unless I'm on the coast. I fish Port Aransas as much as I can, inshore and off shore.
PB's worth mentioning
LMB~ 11.05# - lake Ray Roberts
Dorado~ 57# - weedline off of Surf City, NC. (by Camp Lejeune)
Redfish~ 43" - Laguna Madre. Didn't have a scale
Barracuda~ 5' - with a speargun off a rig in Port A.
Hope to meet up and fish sometime, and I hope I can share what I know while learning much more. Take it easy.

Thanks RSD. Can't take too much credit though, i still say it was pure luck. My second best is only 7lbs lol.

Welcome! Especially good to meet someone new nearby. To top it off, Port A is wonderful. A friend and I plan to take a trip out that way in Oct. Anywho, enjoy the forum!

Thanks RSD. Can't take too much credit though, i still say it was pure luck. My second best is only 7lbs lol. There is skill in fishing, but there is also a lot of luck. 2nd best of 7LB is a great catch as well.
