Just tried Bobby's recipe and it was a hit. My Grand Kids loved them. Good stuff Bobby !!!

I agree. Very good. I just made the fried fish coated in mustard thats on his website. Been doing it that way for months. Hard to beat fresh caught fried fish.

I'm glad you guys like them. I haven't made them in a while and need to cook up a batch SOON! Working on a baked catfish recipe now. Hopefully I'll have it perfected shortly.

the mustard batter is the only way I'll fry them nowadays.
let us know on that baked recipe. if I fry all the stuff I have in the freezer my cholesterol level will add a digit!
