Tune it, the previews also showed what looked like the "wall" at Calaveras lake. Should be interesting to be on national tv.

I have it recorded.. They also have afew fishing kayak shows on the fishing network.. I have charter in DFW.. not sure if its available from the dish

The wife was warching it with me and said she didn't think it did much to make kayak fishing look appealing, the way that host talked about everything. I'm sure it was a ton of work to make but I think they could have atleast edited it alittle better to make the trip look half enjoyable. For them to make such a big deal on how good of a fishery it is then to catch 1 fish apiece, and then to cook it???

Part of the show is selling how "extreme" Eric can be. Other than the location they did something most of us do every weekend. My girlfriend was sitting on the couch and said "I dont think I want you going out there now" and she's been running up to class 3 water for the last 10 years. Obviously the dramatization worked well. Who's this going to benefit? Well, everyone involved. I think there's way more adrenalin junkies than wimps watching the show  I was disappointed however, at how little fishing was done, and the lack of locations shot and I understand that they had sound and camera people chugging along in big tunas as well. So I suppose the larger boat and added gear weight would have restricted their range down stream. Not taking the series off record, going to show off that episode and when people say "that's what you do on the weekends?!?!?" I wont correct them otherwise

My wife watched with me and now all she thinks of the Devils is its too close to drug cartels and you will die going down it. Thanks a lot Extreme Catches.
