Went out to Lampasas (not the river) to do some fishing. Got there at 6 a.m. and fished till noon. Caught a total of about 25 fish and these are the ones I kept, LMB is 18in for size comaprison to the rest. All were caught on black crickets, I found out there (there was a massive hatch of them) so all the bait I could ever want, plus they were not hitting anything else. Could somebody I.D. the one to the bottom rightof the bass? I think its a warmouth, but not to sure.

The image isn't working because you used a ")" instead of a "]" on your first "img". Hope that makes sense!
Very nice catches BTW!

Thanks, the warmouth put up a better fight than any of them....If your in my area think natural spring and you will be on some healthy fish (even an aererator on the creek). I seen some trophy Bass had to be breaking 10 plus pound mark but wouldnt touch anything thrown at them (live frogs, brim, rubberbaits, plastic baits)....I walked up and down the creek seen no minnows of any sort.

Nice work. Figured I'd help post your pic. I'd say either a warmouth or a hybrid of it. Others are far more experienced with identifying them than I. One thing I can definitely relate to is that they are extremely aggressive/tough fighting fish. Certainly have fooled me into thinking they were small LMB before seeing them.
