It was there on Wednesday and gone by Friday morning. I will search for it tomorrow. Good SI practice.

Only the northern post was standing this morning. If you find it on the SI let us know how much of the pole is below the water.

Some jack wagon probably tied a rope to it and pulled it down.....

If one is gone the other will most likely follow..

I'll go SI it this week to see if it is still there. I cant imagine someone towing it off. I had a nice lean to it so it may have just finally gave way.

What in the world were those things there for any how? I figure that if there used to be an old power line stretching across that there would be more poles? Drrr...

Someone needs to go hang a Texas flag from the remaining pole...

The flag needs to be lit at night so this doesn't seem to be practical.

My guess is someone hit it scooting across the water. It has been partially submerged for more than 50 years. It is amazing it stood that long.

Please let us know if it is found and if so what hazards lie under the watter. That is such a popular fishing area, it would be a shame for someone to tear up a lower unit, or worse.
