Click here The point is pretty clear. Even though the information has been removed from their page, TPWD continued to stock Squaw Creek (TXU Contract Lake #1) until very recently. If they want to continue to maintain and stock this body of water, then it should be open to the tax payers who fund said stockings. If not, then stockings need to come to an immediate and permanent halt and those fish need to be removed from the lake through shockings and restocked in other near-by lakes accessible to the tax payers funding them.
The only true intercontinental champion.

Not trying to highjack the thread but has anyone noticed several of the fishing shows (Academy, Pro Team and a couple of Bass Pro) are fishing in Central Texas, just outside Glenn Rose. I only got to fish Squaw a few times but I'd swear those shows are being filmed on Squaw Creek.

i'm the big 5-0. c'mon TFF, whether you fish it or not, this is a joke. I've never even fished SC, but it needs to be open to the public as it is being treated as a public resource by TPWD.
