It looks and feels a lot like Power Pro and is quite a bit cheaper. Kinda wondering if it is just Power Pro packaged for Academy. I'm thinking about trying some next time I buy braid but just wondered if anyone had any input on it.

I won't say anything against it and I suspect you are correct it being a Power Pro house brand. I just never liked Power Pro. In my opinion, it doesn't get good until it gets broke in. I have since ran with Sufix 832

Thanks. After I posted they put a Hot Deal on PP this week so now it's cheaper. Haven't used Sufix 832. PP is kinda stiff at first but I really haven't found it to be a bad line.

I have the H20 brand braid in 20 pound on 2 baitcasters and 2 spinning reels. I haven't compared it to others, but have had no problems with it either. It is limp and very easy to cast.
