ONE FOR THE GIPPER...
I remember when I was young some thieves stole my dad's car battery. He was a Border Patrolman, and he looked for the footprints around the car (was parked in the dirt section of our driveway), then looked up and down the street where dirt had washed over the sidewalk a little bit, and was able to track him a couple of streets down, and half way up another and found that set of prints all over that yard. The sheriffs were amazed he tracked the guy down in the city like that. Set up a sting and got the idiot a night or two later stealing more batteries.

I hate to hear that. Prints can't be taken off after 2 days? I would question this. Sounds like laziness.

I had 17 guns stolen about 37 years ago never have gotten any back or heard anything about them.

I had 17 guns stolen about 37 years ago never have gotten any back or heard anything about them. Joe did you have serial numbers?

Just got off the phone with my Uncle. The items stolen were:
Honda Four Wheeler (2x4 I think it's a late 90's model) it had camo tape on the seat.
Remington 22 rifle with scope
Remington 1100 20 gauge lite (the short model)
SKS rifle
Colt 22 revolver (older model)
Revo STX
3 Abu Black Max
2 game cameras
Orange handle skinner knife and 2 others knives
They stayed long enough to help themselves to Cokes and snacks, left 2 water bottles on the counter. The Sheriff couldn't get prints, said if they are older than a couple days that they couldn't pull them...?? He feels very violated. He is not the type to ask questions... if caught it would have been ugly. We are now going to install a good security camera system. If you happen to see any of the items listed above, please call me 214 533 5885. This [censored] has to stop! Damn Meth heads! Check yer local Seven Eleven for the Colt 22. I'm sure it will eventually show up there. No gun locker?
