Dang man. I just saw this. Praying for your little boy. As you know my daughter just recently made me a grandpa and blessed us with a little boy.He had a similar blockage that they were concerned about but they were monitoring his kidney size. She had a sonogram once a week for the last 15 weeks of her pregnancy. He basically corrected this himself right before he was born. He is now doing great. I hope and pray for the same for you and your wife.

Thanks Blake! Yeah, that's what we're going to have to do to.
We went today and it looks like he has a partial obstruction which is good since it's not a full obstruction. Next step is an MRI on the kidneys to make sure they are ok.
Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts. You guys are like a family and every bit helps.

Hey guys. I just wanted to say thank you again for all of your prayers! It's working We had a great visit today with the specialist. He said his bladder is still a little larger than normal but his kidneys are looking GOOD and we have plenty of amniotic fluid which is awesome! Please keep Liam in your thoughts but so far so good. It looks like he's going to have a chance to be a normal, healthy boy if eveything stays the same. Thanks again everyone!
