I got my lights from Supernovafishinglights.com (Dez) installed today. Pretty easy install, took about an hour, because I couldn't find my heat shrink tubing for the wire connections. The lights have some UV properties to light up UV fishing line and are mounted out of my line of sight so they won't disturb my night vision. Dez supplies everything you need to install them. Mine are two 20" strips. The have 3M adhesive strips on the back and he supplies you with 3M adhesive promoter, a switch with rubber boot, and extra wire. Quality built and he has been outfitting boats for years. Great product and much cheaper than the Nucli-eye I had. I had to return the Nucli-eye after it stopped working after a week of ownership. It comes with only 3 LED's and while it was bright, after a week only one LED was working. Anyway, I got a refund on it and bought the Supernovas instead. Awesome! Install is supper easy. I cleaned the hull where I mounted them, applied some blue painters tape so I could install the LED strips straight, then applied the adhesive promoter, then stuck the strips on, lastly I drilled small holes for the wires to pass through, then a little Marine Goop to seal around the small holes. I mounted the switch and battery next. Took less than an hour for everything.

Thanks, here is a few more pics. I closed the garage and turned off all the overhead lights so I was in the dark. Fins Nite-Glo braided line

Dez doesn't have them on his website yet. Just tell him you want the same kit Chris Pearce has. Marcus and Chris C. have them too. Its two 20" strips and comes with everything you need to install except battery. Some local guys are having him do different colors and shorter strips for lighting their deck to help with changing lures. Mine are the blue, but he can do just about any color. He's been outfitting boats for years and our local kayyak scene has placed a ton of orders lately. They are light and easy to rig ona kayak. Very bright and I was impressed. Dez is a stand up guy that will offer a two year warranty. I am going to get some for my Commander too. They will slide into the Commander's sidetrax on the sides.

That's not too bad for that setup and all that you get. Will have to keep him in mind when i finally upgrade to a better yak!
