Got a question, I have a opportunity that my company will wrap my boat for free, it could increase my commission, which is big part of my income. My problem with it is I'm not a big attention guy, I could care less. I fish a lot like most of us, i could see were it would help both of us, but then again i really dont care for the attention on the water. Just wanted to get y'all thoughts. I do realize it is a moving bill board and that is good attention.

I'd skip it. I think they're oboxious looking and once you put it on there.....

you're kinda stuck.

More money? No brainer, take it.

There are enough wrapped boats out there these days where I hardly think it is going to turn you into a local celebrity and I doubt you would find it to be an inconvenience on the water.

It's up to you to decide if the inconvenience is worth the added money

The wrap protects the boat as well. If its YOUR boat, it could help when its time to sell it!

i'd get it wrapped, it'll protect yout paint. and like trey said, there's a lot of wrapped boats around here these days so you won't get just too much attention. I'm sure you'll still have a select few people who'll still freak over it but not whole lot i wouldnt think

Its great as far as protecting your boat, when I removed my wrap the boat looked exactly as it did 4 years ago when they put it on. Unwanted attention was one of the reasons I took mine off, but it was a real flashy wrap with flames, razor wire, and a color scheme that really stood out. I would wrap it again in a heartbeat, but I'd darn sure make it more of a normal less flashy design.

More Money = Good
Boat Wrap = More Potlickers = Bad

Hence why a a lot companies will get involved in the bass sponsorship business that have not vested interest in bass fishing. It is a mobile billboard on the road, not only the lake. You think Kellogg's get's their monies worth on Wendlandt's wrap/sponsorship? The guy is probably towing that boat 250 days a year and I would guess they pay him around 20-25K annually, and that may be on the high side. Compared to print, radio, TV and other traditional forms of advertising, that is pennies.
