Courteous catch and release angler here - looking for some spots... Saw the power plant mentioned a few times. Also that road/bridge that appears to be out on sat images looks interesting.

Not lookin' to step on any toes, just want to catch a few bass cool

Thanks!

early morning from shore is best. fish shallow. here i would throw some crankbaits in the ripraps. if you can pitch under docks with 3/8 oz to 1/4 quarter ounce jig try to make that jig fall as naturally as it can. texas rigs can be pitched under docks. use natural colors too, and if your fishing at night black and blue color or anything dark will be good. fish are going to be shallow and move about 3 to 4 ft deeper when the sun goes up. then when the sun is way up high. Fish will be in cover, brushpiles and in about 8 to 15 ft water.

fishing is one thing. catching is another

Went out last weekend and got skunked... That said, there was a lot of driving, scouting, observing blah, blah. I'm gonna try to give it another go this weekend.

Still haven't made it back out to LRH - The rain this wknd didn't help any... That said, I have been catching a few near White Rock and down the creek, south of the spillway.

I will try to get a couple of pics up - They shouldn't take up very much space... Rimshot.

On the topic... anyone seen any effects of the rain on shoreline anglers? Beside the obvious muddy boot mad
