Has anyone been out in the last few days? I was going out today or tomorrow, but after going outside this afternoon, I'm glad I stayed home.

I went up Saturday for a few hours. No wind, hot, water 88 and not a bite. But it sure beat sitting home.

Its tough boatfisher...I've caught some off of points but it was late afternoon and they were kinda shallow around 8' to 5' of water. Good luck to you.

Went both sat and sun fished from sun up to 11am, 2 dinks, a drum, but the sand bass were everywhere

Fished the last 2 Tues with an old Buddy that's a human saine. Thats Mooz for those that don't know him. We had a 20 fish day 2 weeks ago up to 4 lbs and last week we had 25 fish to 4 lbs. A lot of rats right now and were catching all of them shallow and before the sun gets to high. Off the water by noon.

Last weekend was tough...the fish we caught were in grass and lethargic. Morning bite was best and off the water by 830
wind was key to the bite getting pretty good, windless mornings were the absolute toughest
we keyed on deeper grass...texas rigged plastics
