Any reports from Big Sam? I am wanting to go fishing there soon
and just wondering if the crappie bite has been ok.

usually deep brush piles are the way to go this time of year from 18-25 ft of water

dont be afraid to catch crappie at night over piles. less heat and less people

Crappie bite is great on brush piles in about 28 feet of water. Just buy about 5 dozen minnows. I have been catching alot early in the morning and right before dark.

Well i'll try the brush then i've fished Rayburn for 25 years so just got to find them LOL,,, Thanks for the info...
