what size gills make that size fillets? I've always wondered that about sunfish

I never ate one something like this or a lil smaller maybe ..... they are superb eating .....as good as anything out there in my opinion

Those are fish tacos. There's no such thing as fish fajitas.
But, since I'm not the one eating them, call them what you want.
I might rustle up some fish hamburgers......LOL
Need to improve my LMB fishing, running out of time.
