concrete in dixie cups make 'em how ever big you want them take wire or a wire hanger make a loop then the two ends i bend out olace them in the concrete so the hold in better. it is cheap and you can make a lot for a 5 dollar bag!!!!!!

On the ends of my trot lines I use disc-brake rotors. If I need more weight I might use a engine head. In the middle I like the dixie cups with rocks and cement. In the old days window weights were the STUFF. Man if there was a mud bottom and you dropped that window weight straight down it was like PLANTED! I don't use a lot of weight on my mobile jugs but when I want them to sit still I have a pile of 1LB and 2LB dumbbells from Academy. I got them for less than a dollar and then drilled and tapped them for eye blots. I only use these on like gallon sized jugs...usually with a live perch or two staged in the middle.
