Nothing is biting.The water near the bank is so warm there is an issue with even the catfish.You need to fish at least 5 feet deep or better to get at a little cooler water.

lake is possibly starting to turn over, bass have been slow with occasional quick bursts of 5 to 10 fish over an hours time followed by hours of the dead sea

Lake doesnt turn over untill the fall. It may be establising a thermocline. In that case it will push the super deep bass up closer to the 20ft area. Look for the thermocline on your graph and fish the structure that pokes through that depth.
