 Fished a new lake today (New to me Waco).

Me, Brice, Myles and Tommy decide to try out Waco today. We got on the water around 7. Found a lot of bp's all had fish on them. We ended up bringing home 18 which we cooked for dinner. The morning was nice and cool as we were rained on. Once the clouds broke up and moved off it got hot and humid around noon.

Had an uncle that lived in Bartlett (Vincent Lopez)and my aunt still does.

they look very thick, were catching a few less this year, but the quailty is alot better.
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. they look very thick, were catching a few less this year, but the quailty is alot better. Honestly, I have been catching better fish at Granger. However, I can see the potential that Waco has due to its size!

It's always nice to go to a new lake and find the structure from scratch. Every fish you catch you earn. What drives me crazy is when I find a spot on a new lake and wonder why the heck the fish won't bite. They have got to be there!

It's always nice to go to a new lake and find the structure from scratch. Every fish you catch you earn. What drives me crazy is when I find a spot on a new lake and wonder why the heck the fish won't bite. They have got to be there! We could see that every BP had fish on it. Humminbird SI proved it. There were not but a few bp's that looked baren and those we caught very few fish on. There wre a lot of 9" fish on a lot of the bp's.

Fishing Waco is like fishing Granger. BP's everywhere. I do think the keeper to dink ratio is better on Waco though. Fish seem to be alot thicker as well.
Nice catch BTW guys.
