I just dropped my boat off with Steve, haven't even seen his work but a great dude with fair prices. He did give me a sample of his wetsand and it looked great. Looking forward to getting my boat back looking like new!!!

Yessir Big, great guy and far more less estimate than anyone I talked with on repairs.

That's good to hear Dwight. I was truly impressed with his estimates and I can tell he takes great pride in his work. I can't wait to get my boat back and see how good it looks.

I banged up my boat pretty bad about 8 years ago at Fork - got caught in a storm, tied up at the marina, and then watched the storm beat my boat against the concrete wall for 20 minutes. Steve did an awesome job (even with two-tone and glitter). I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend him to anyone.

Hey Coach....was that your Nitro at Steve's? If it was, then it is beginning to look pretty good! I picked mine up from him today and it looks like a shiny nickle!

Ok guys..... I really appreciate the nice comments. You should stop it !! When i looked in the mirror this morning...CRAZY. My head had swollen so bad i looked like an alien. Now.. my cowboy hat won't fit. My strap broke when i tried to stretch on my divers mask.. AND PROBABLY.....going to have to get a new halo. That will make my prices go up. Just for headgear purposes.
Thanks (REALLY)

Thanks Dwight but he keeps breaking and tearing up other things. He texts me every other day and has torn something up that I need to replace. He has done the following since he's had the boat. Broke my trailer frame and rewelded it, left my boat in the sun and it got oxidation so he had to wet sand, tore my carpet out and is replacing it now, while replacing the carpet he said I needed a recess tray for my foot control TM. He has mention an extension deck but I passed.

Really, I asked him to do all that, can't wait to see it!!!

Steve,
I was planning on taking my boat out east next week for repairs (Lake Fork area) but after reading these rave reviews, I may bring it your way (from Arlington).

I have some hairline cracks in my white gelcoat that need repair. It's cosmetic (ie: not stress fractures). I got the boat from my dad, and for whatever reasons, he left it out in the sun for years, uncovered. There is no oxidation in the gelcoat...it's still very slick and shiney. Just the hairline cracks.

I know it's a loaded question without seeing the boat, but what is your backlog looking like these days. How long do you think it would be in your shop? There are maybe (and this is just a wild guess) 15 small areas with maybe 2-3" cracks in the gelcoat. It's a Procraft 200VDC. Many thanks!
